I ordered a Rolex Seadweller fromthem and after much ado I received my watch. When I informed them that the watch was running fast that was last time I've heard from them.
this is a copy of the last email I sent to them:
Robert,
I don't understand! You were always available during the purchase of my watch. When I finally received it I conveyed to you and Emma that It was running fast. I was assured that the watch could be adjusted by one of your people either in England or the US.
I've sent numerous messages to you without the courtesy of a reply. I am an honest person and I thought I was dealing with honest people.
What must I do to settle this matter? Have a friend who resides in England track your Company down and pursue this legally. I expect to hear from you or the person who replaced you very soon.
