USBI, One Call Comm. ripoff

My SBC bill contained a line from USBI for $46 for a 20-minute call to the UK. After reading reports on this web site, I determined that my modem was hijacked. After being placed on hold for several minutes with USBI, I contacted SBC, which promptly removed the charge from my bill. Thanks, SBC!
