Missing parcel

I ordered a drysuit, and paid £20.00 postage cost. This was to recieve item within 24 hours and £5.00 was paid to have parcel signed for this end. When parcel dident arrive i phoned dhl not realising i was building up a phone bill of £14.85 .I was told by dhl that the parcel had been delivered to me and that i had signed for it. Obviousely this was not true. I complained to dhl that i had not signed for parcel and asked for postmen to visit me, because he had reported to dhl that he definetely delivered my parcel to my home. I was in contact with emails with dhl who advised me to make a claim for the lost parcel. Strangely i recieved the lost parcel exactly one week later. No explanation as to how it had turned up .no opoligy for forging a signature saying i had in fact recieved the parcel allready..I and my son were really worried at the lose of the suit .as replacement would have cost £650.00.and it only had insurence for £100.00.While we are happy that the drysuit did eventually turn up. I am angry that i paid extra costs to have it delivered to me within 24hours .and through no fault of myself have a telephone bill of £14.85 to pay .regards Marie wells tel.02380738123
