I ordered a whitesmilepen following a link i found online whilst reasearching something else. since then they have been regularly taking large amounts from my credit card and sending silly little pens from time to time. it was clear from the website that it was promotional product and there was nothing about receiving further pens or paying further charges.
please advise me as to how to claim my money back a a matter of urgency and advise me as to how this matter is being investigated as i see a number of other people have been affected by them.
