I too Purchased this software and it does not work as well. I also Tried to contact PC Doctor 'support' and received an undeliverable confirmation stating that no such email address exists.
Then i tried to contact SWReg AND Digital River - went to BOTH customer support websites and was caught in an endless loop of questioning and forms that lead absolutely nowhere just as the other poor person did.
What to do i dont know
