I am 31 years old and Muslim. In my life I have been really careful to not eat pork due to religious reasons. However on 14.05.2011 I have ordered calzone vegetable online for delivery and we were delivered calzone Ham. Of course I could not know that it was not what I ordered and I had a bite and my vegetarian wife as well. Unfortunately and obviously that was not vegetable calzone as I ordered and it was ham Calzone. Thank you very much for throwing everything I believe out of the door and for being really careless. I still do not believe that I had a bite and I have been being sick since then. I was having really good day until I decided to order a pizza from Pizza Hut (such a brand???) and you basically messed up my whole day and This will be an experience I will never forget but unfortunately not a good one. I do not even know how my wife is feeling after this terrible experience as I cannot even ask as whenever I remember it I feel sick.
It is good or bad reasons, right or wrong reasons me and my wife do not eat pork and I would expect from a restaurant specially if it is a worldwide brand (???) such as yourself to be really careful with orders.
I do not even know how else I can explain without being really rude how disappointing and unacceptable it was. There are about 10% vegetarian population and approx. 20% Muslim and Jewish population who do not eat pork, living in the UK and seeing one of the biggest restaurant chains in the world being really careless about the orders is only unacceptable.
