The 5th June I found a buying opportunity in a Portuguese web site where people can sell 2nd hand things (http://www.custojusto.pt). I found that someone was trying to sell a IPhone 4 32Gb for 200€. It seemed to me a good opportunity and I contacted him. The response came from ZYNA SHOPS LTD company, located in CHURCHILL HOUSE ETHEL STREET, BIRMINGHAM, WEST MIDLANDS, B2 4BG, UNITED KINGDOM.
I made the order and sent the 200€ on the 8th. They sent me the “apple certificate” and the “purchase order delivery guarantee” with the metropolitan police stamp on it.
Everything looked legal until they contact me on the 10th. I receive an e-mail stating that there was a shipment error, and instead of sending 1 they sent 10. They wanted now 700€ more to release the goods.
I spoke with the salesman, Mr. Calvert Tzach and then with the owner, Mr. Funso martin Anthony. He always insisted that I had to give more money. I f I didn’t he would keep the 200€ I sent before, and wouldn’t send the iPhone I had paid for.
I obviously didn't sent the rest of the money and now i lost my 200€
