I am actually new on the internet, but i was actually riped off by this man that calls himself thaddeus smith. i was told i won 854, 000 in the uk lottery i had to fax personal information along with a photo id. then i was told i had to pay courier fees, insurance and vat fees totaling 1, 084 dollars. i said why do i have to pay this money if i just won the lottery could'nt you take the fees out of my winnings. he said no the fees had to be paid but he would help me out with half, so i sent him 542.00 dollars. i had to send it to his financial advisor by the name of john okoh at 128 basildon rd., abbey wood london uk.se2 oep. then i was told he recieved my funds and my lottery package was in the mail. the next e-mail i recieved said my package along with 3 others was seiged in spain and i needed to send 2, 000 dollars to recieve an anti-terrorist certificate to release my lottery winnings. he is still awaiting my funds which i was scamed once but will not be again. i actually believed this man and also had conversation with him my phone bill verifies his number along with documents he has e-mailed me to think that everything was ligitimate. i am a woman in despair never have i felt so destroyed.
