I bought a homelite petrol brushcutter at christmas, have exchanged it 3 times because all 3 refuse to start, have now taken back the last one and was told the 90 days has run out, so phoned the helpline who said there was a 12 months guarantee on it but the store has refused to give me back my money. this isnt the treatment i expect from b&q as i have had good dealings in the past. i have used this store for the past 20 years but am not inclined to go there again.
