Not delivered and take your money

I ordered eyesential 66.00 worth paid by cc they took my money and I have recieved nothing and we are now 3 months down the line the co ignores your emails and there is no phone no to make contact. Something should be done about this co I have reported to the trading standards but still nothing has been done we need to warn people not to order from them.
