I paid for 2x Ruck Acoustic fans on the 19/11/09 at a cost of £312.39 and as yet I have received nothing, on trying to contact them is impossible, when you phone it rings 6 times then you get an automated message telling you there is no one there to take your call and you can't leave a message either. When you E.mail them which I have done on several occasions but with no success, looks like we are all bumped!
