Horrific customer services

Easy jet overbooked the amount of infants on our flight. they had 13 legal infant life cots and had booked 23 infants on the flight. they knew this well in advance - but at boarding they forced myself, my husband and our 2 young kids off the flight denying us boarding and placing us in a hot stuffy lounge - refusing to give us the vital info we needed. first they tried to fool us into 100 pounds each in compensation which is totally illegal - because forcing someone of a flight according to the law enabls them to 600 euro each. but they thought they could get away cheap. we insisted on our real compensation and they told us it would be in our account within 10-15 working days. it has been 2 months since and we have had no response to our emails at all. they do not pick up the phone and they are one big hassel t deal with. unproffesional is a dire understatment. they also told us that we are to board the easyjet flight on the following day - which was impossible b/c i had to return to work. they said we could board any flight we found leaving before heirs and we'd receive a full refund - plus compensation. we insisted they give it to us in writing -which they did. but as we thought they tried everything in their power to delay and deny our moneyback. only after threatening them with ecc.com did they respond to our email. they bothered us timeless times that every email we sent of our boking reference with the ba flight we took - wasn't in the right format - it was a nightmare dealing with them. it still is.

we will never ever ever fly easyjet again.
