There was a payment of £27. 47 taken from my visa on 17/11/10 for a special offer which i assumed was for virus protection that i have not recieved. i emailed you and your reply indicated that you never recieved this payment. i have now contacted my visa provider and they have tried to contact your office without success. could you please clear this up for me before i fill in the forms they are sending so they can ivestigate this payment fully. my email address is [email protected]
