Quickcreditscore have been taking money from my bank account for around six months. At first i thought it was linked to a prepaid credit card i had called cashplus but as i cancelled the credit card they said it wasnt them. I rang the bank straight away and followed their advice and had my bank card cancelled straight away as quickcreditscore had obtained my details from the internet and had started withdrawing money straight away and continued to do so every month at the same amount it also showed as a card payment (like a swipe) so cacelling my card was the only solution. I would like further advice on how to get compensation and my money back and hope this complaint is registered.
