I asked for the free trial and agreed to a small amount being deducted from my credit card to cover p&p. Before I had even received the trial offer, my credit card was charged with a further £61.89. I rang the company on the number given on my credit card bill and was assured that I would receive a refund shortly. This was 2 months ago and nothing has been received. I was given a confirmation number 1722521 but when I try ringing the phone numbers, a recorded message says that I am not registered to use the numbers!
I have 2 contact numbers apart from the one on their website:

These all have the same recorded message.
If anyone has had any success in receiving a refund, I would be very pleased to hear from you. I've never been scammed like this before!
