We opened a European Merchant account with the help of Durango Merchant Services in August with this UK Company Volpay.com. They offered 5.75% discount rate and weekly payments after first week of service. We started processing them but when three weeks passed and we didn't received the payment, we inquired from them and they said that our bank details for wire were incorrect which obviously was not true, anyway we again sent them the bank details and another 2 weeks passed without the payments as they kept on making a different excuse each time.
Like, there is some problem with their banking system etc etc. When after 2 months passed and there was not even $1 payment received while our processing total exceeded $30, 000 we stopped processing with them and requested the payment. They promised to pay within next 7 days but paid in next 17 days only $11, 000 through a bank in UAE and said they will pay another $11, 000 next week and they normal payouts. But we only received $11, 000 so far after 3 months of request ad balance is still never received and 2 more months have passed.
In the mean time we requested some orders to be refunded and they never did that because they never had a system for that and those 2 orders turned into chargeback and they implemented chargback fee on us while we had nothing to do. Well after continuous request of 1 month, they finally refunded the 7 requested orders. But still they haven't replied to our email, neither paid to us our money.
The last email they sent us almost 1 month ago was that they will receive payment from their acquirer that day and will pay us again in a week but still never received the payment. They owe us $17, 000 payment but are not paying because they are fraud. They ripped me off. How can we recover payment from them. Please help.
