Money taken from my account

I my name is mr agus, a payment of £19.95 as been taken from my account which should n't of been taken. i dont have a job at the minute and it as left my account empty. i was in leeds with my daughter when i found out that my money was taken which left me stuck in leeds for 5 hrs trying to find a way of getting home. i have contacted my bank about the money and if the money is n't back in my account i will seek legal action. thank you my number is 07747165312 or [email protected].
