I was online earlier trying to place an order for an outfit santas 'Helper' and i put my card details in and then all of a sudden they couldn't process it. Then i logged on and looked at my statement and a company i've never heard of or not even ordered anything from is take in £29.39p plus i only have a pre-pay card which means i have to top up at a post office wait for funds to load after a day and there is a 99p fee per transaction. It says ACCESSCLEANS 8668477649 CYP. I don't know what they have taken money for and habe NO clue what is being sent if anything and it's ruined my chances of ordering my outfit i am a single mother and can't affford to lose this money. I would like to know what is going on. I've been told by teeth whitening companies also i can't get a refund but yet they will keep charging me if i don't return the product before the 14 day trial ends and then if they haven't recieved i have to pay £87 something or other. I mean how ridiculous, they refuse to refund your money then threaten more charges even though u have explained the circumstances. Greedy people. I want my money back and sooner rather than later. The actual fee for this transaction for some reason was £1.87. So i want that plus the large deduction of £29.39p REFUNDED ASAP and coz i aint rude i will say PLEASE. one time.
