Shopperdiscounts.co.uk have taken a payment of £10 from my credit card account, for which I have had no knowledge or agreement to do this. Also, as I have never passed on my account details to them, how did they get my card number etc to make this debit?
Please advise as how I stop this happening in the future, and how do I get this amount back off them.
