Four amounts of £19.95 have been taken by direct debit from my bank account. Thes e are unauthorised and for no reason. I have not asked for or received aany services from this ccompany. My bank refuseds to stop payments and to contact quick score. Although I have a phone number they will not enter into cconversation. How acn I proceed
