I was bought a sweetie charm from Links of London for Christmas at the beginning of June i noticed that the colour was coming off this charm. I went into a Links of London store and was told that nothing could be done about this as the colour on Links of London charms is like nail emnamel and may come off if its hit in a particular way etc... I asked for it to be sent to customer care, three weeks later its finally with customer care who have offered to remove the colour of me and send it back! I don't see the point in buying a coloured charm and 6 months later having a silver charm! The service i have had is appallaing no one has taken my complaint seriously, the managers won't speak to me and i keep being told nothing can be done about it. I would not recommend Links of London to anyone! if anyone wants to buy a bracelet with 'faulty' charms from me please let me know!!!
