I was also duped by this company to the tune of £150 for 2 bottles of product - acai berry and life cleanse. They say they have cancelled my "membership" - but have they? Mastercard will not guarentee to withhold any more payments to them and vivlab will not send written confirmation of the cancellation. I guess I'll have to cancel my credit card. I have written to the BBC Watchdog programme about them. Here's hoping!
