I have appointed Global Visas as my immigration consultant for submitted my papers for australian immigration in the month of Mar 09. I am doing continous followup for the status of my application. Till date neither they have submitted my documents to Australian Embassy nor they are reverting to me. I have tried to call them many times but not able to get the concern person on phone. I am also not receiving the revert for my mails. They have signed the agreement for FEE REFUND incase of no visa or if they fail to provide the service but now i am not getting any revert. I have all documentry proof of sending mails to them and other documents.
Request you to pls take necessary action and help me to get the justice.
