Payment against lottary promotion

I received a such kind of mail from there, i.e I win around of 5, 00, 000 GBP from UK,

I don't know it is fake or true,

I received calls from there also, they demanded that I have to Pay a sum of rupees 47995/- INR as such as a processing charges as per RBI FE Regulation act 1986.

Please suggest me what would I do?
