I heard I had won a lottery I gave it a go and found out the DHL wanted about a thousand US dollars and the check was coming in two day mail via DHL this person working to deliver the check, checks said he was willing to accept half of the DHL money since I had went through all the required steps of declaring who I was. fortunate I thought and sent half the money 500.00 US dollars he had swore on a Friday it went in the mail.
I found out DHL doesn't do weekend work in the United Kingdom so I got to sit home and wait for a few more days when I got two identical emails about the Inland Revenue holding the payment until I could come up with much more money than I had maybe 5, 000.00 total in US dollars to pay a ascribed tax fee. well he nicely implied he was willing to get a financeer to front me the money to pay the tax and figureing I would pay it right back that was all I had to do to get the check. it would come because all steps had been fulfilled.
For some unknown reason he balked at the offer of imediate cash satisfaction and added thaat I was to put up about the same amount as I had already and the financeer would accept me as a client on production of a letter for permission or intent acknowledgement. He got upset and promised the financeer was coming through and changed his mind that I had to pay for the letter at the same time. I much fear He is not going to refund me any of the DHL money I gave him etc. on the lottery check
