I found this company on eBay to begin with. They sell what they call 'Authentic Signed Guitar Plectrums'. They have a large range, from The Beatles to Nirvana, Avenged Sevenfold to Tokio Hotel. Problem is they are all Fake.
It's hard to know where to begin. If you buy off eBay from these people, chances are you won't receive what was in the picture - if you receive anything at all. Their feedback is littered with examples of this. Their merchandise consists of a basic flimsy guitar pick, and sticking an image of a famous artist, literally onto it. This is counterfeit merchandise. They even claim some of these to be 'signature' plectrums, signed by the artists! Has no one told them Kurt died 15 years ago?!
DO NOT buy off their website. There is no phone number, address or contact information except for a little box that you won't get a response from. There is no company, tax or VAT register numbers. I doubt this business is even registered with the tax man.
As you can see from their eBay feedback, they are no very tolerant of negative feedback and will happily buy back from you just to leave you a negative in return.
A very dodgy company. Avoid.
