Following my bad experience with Richard Bailey from iidentity I thought I would share my knowledge in the hope that any companies or persons may not find themselves out of pocket as I have.
I run a small display company with my wife, specialising in the production of portable exhibition stands. We were approached by Richard Bailey from iidentity who asked us to produce two banner displays.
Initially during the enquiry stage my wife who usually deals with ordering found this person to be rather rude in his use of language to the point she was left very upset by his attitude and so the enquiry was passed to me.
Although I also found the client difficult to deal with he pleaded with me to produce his order and so I agreed to complete the work in a very short time frame subject to a copy cheque being faxed in advance.
Richard Bailey duly did this and also signed and dated the fax to confirm the cheque had been paid into our account for which we supplied details.
Months later and I am still chasing this debt. On many occassions you get an answerphone, on other occassions he blames the matter on his accounts girl (who is conveniently never there), I have even had the phone hung up on me.
We are now taking iidentity to the small claims court to recover our money but if anyone supplier or customer comes accross this person please use extreme caution or better still find another company.
