POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I ordered some supplements from Nathan Natural (telephone number on website is UK telephone number). The order was placed over internet and I received the goods. After trying out for over 2 weeks, I did not see any benefit so I sent e-mails after e-mails and no reply.

When I ordered through their website, there is a clear words policy to say that "if not fully satisified then just contact us and we will refund your money back with no questions asked"

I have mentioned to them with regard to their returns policy and still they have not returned my money nor acknowledged my e-mails.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AND THEY PRODUCTS - THEY DON'T WORK.

THEY ALSO HAVE WEBSITE AS "ORVIAX" with no mention of trading address and payments are taken or made to NATHAN NATURAL.
