The work they have done is really bad. They are good at giving excuses after excuses for delays.
People should be warned of the poor quality of the work they provide. They are totally unreliable. Once they get the deposit money, they will not answer phone calls or respond to emails.

If you are giving them any work, NEVER pay any upfront money. Only pay when they complete the work to your satisfaction - this is unlikely to happen!
Before you give any work, try to call the office phone numbers listed on the website. No one answers the phone!
