As you will see from other reviews of the company, they have a series of satellite websites - homebrew, baskets, clocks, beer, golf. The reviews on its own website are fake 5 star reviews. The reviews on consumer websites all say it is a swindle. Essentially you order goods, pay up front, and the goods never arrive. I ordered a case of real ale as a gift in april and there is a repeat e-mail system set up that comes through every week telling me that they are still waiting for a delivery and it will be delivered a week later. And then a week later etc etc.
The company can only be contacted via a contact form. There is no telephone number or e-mail address. You cannot speak to a person. I have reported them to Consumer Direct - please can others do so too.
