We engaged SEO RANKto optimise our website for various keywords speaking to the owner Abdul Aziz. The contract was on the basis of pay per performance whereby as the position of the keywords moved up we made further payments.
In the initial 3 months phase of the contract any keywords not reaching page 3 of www.google.co.uk would be refunded.
After 3 months none of the keywords reached page 3 and infact most of them had slipped back compared to before us hiring SEO Rank.
We also had other key words which were performing strongly and did not require optimising or work doing on them and these also slipped away.
Additionally our links went down from 8000 to around 600 over this period.
When we asked for our money back as per the terms and conditions of the contract we received no reply.
We then sent a letter from our solicitor asking for the money and the letter was returned not known at this address.
Our solicitor has now employed a tracing agency to track down them down.
SEO rank is still trading and ripping people off.
Do not have anything to do with this company whose level of incompetence is unrivalled and any work they do on your site will have a profoundly negative impact and must be avoided at all cost.
