I ordered from Stargirl Services from www.fancydress-costumes.co.uk but they also have several other websites. This was on the 21st January. They took my money and sent a confirmation email that I had paid in full etc. Nothing came. I then received a shipping email saying ONE of my items had been shipped on 3rd February. Nothing came. It's now been 27 days and I have still received nothing.
I have emailed them three times, and they have not responded.
I have tried to phone them on their expensive 0845 number and all you get is an automated message telling you that their phone answering times are Monday to Thursday 10-2.30 but even when you call at that time, it goes into the same automated message.
The fancy dress parties have been and gone now and I want a full refund but I can't get hold of them at all and I have recieved nothing from them.
