I pre ordered black ops ps3 on sun 7/11 it wasnt out until midnight the following night. it is now 15/11 and it still hasn't arrived but they made sure they have taken my money out of my account the same evening as ordering, they say it was posted on the 8/11 . I spoke to someone at customer service and they couldnt be bothered at all just said it was posted they took no responsability at all. Please do not buy from them they are a absolute joke of a company the game was for my son and i cannot afford to go out and buy another so we just have to sit and wait it was a birthday present for him but he ended up without so TANKYOU PLAY.COM FOR RUINING HIS BIRTHDAY . If the game doesnt come they wont refund until after 21 days so my son is having to go a month without his birthday present, im sooooo angry, how can they get away with this behaviour!!!
