I ordered a free sample of cream called puralift and stupidly gave my credit card details. I have since found out that my account has been debited on two occasions one for $39 and another for $70 without my authorization, taking my ccredit card over the limit and incurring charges.
I have spoken to the credit card company and informed them of this, I have had to have my credit card cancelled to avoid further money being taken.
i was told by the c.card company I have to cancel the agreement with this company before they can claim the money back for me.
As far as I was concerned I didnt have an agreement and I do not know how to get in contact with this rip off company and i will be out of pocket by £73 . I really do not know what to do now as i have no phone number of contact and i think I just have to take it on the chin and never use a credit card on line again.
