I got a new mattress from dreams oct. its in perfect condition all apart from when i went to hoover under my base last week i noticed the mattress had spots of green all over it. also my base also purchased in dreams 2010. had marks over it aswell. a man from thier home care group came out last wed. someone from dreams called today to say its not thier problem. i also took thier 10 year extended warranty out on both items. i feel because we are still within our 2 year warranty. thier are no other marks on the mattress or base other than them that have appeared. our home is well maintained and has no dry rot in it what so ever. that is not the bed i have bought from dreams and know the staff very well in the seafild road branch in edinburgh. only because i have taken a few friends down and spent lots of money in that branch. i am going to take this futher as i know we have taken good care of these items and have did noting to cause these problems. i will not be recomending any more people to dreams. marion livingstone
