I met with Mr Jay Daudia some two (2) years ago. He was selling many tacky ideas from Network Marketing Companies to who he was carrying quite a reputation of failure.
However, he claimed to be representing a business connected with sporting events. The story was that he was a Director of a hovercraft racing business which was about lo launch into the market place, and after checking it out I found out that he was a Director of a mirror company of the original idea of founder company.
He arranged a meeting with the founder of the idea who was quite a normal down to earth guy and within minuets I was sold. Myself and two other people all parted with 5, 000 each which in total was the grand sum of 15, 000.
It was sum time afterwards that I/we found out the Mr Jay Daudia had substantial debt's outstanding with many creditors, and one of his more pressing debtors was the Bank of Scotland to who he owed over 5, 000 for a vehicle he had ran for some three (3) years without ever made a payment of any kind.
Mr Daudia had threatened to burn the vehicle and dump it into the river rather than let Bank of Scotland repossess it and write of the debt. As such, Mr Jay Daudia used our money to pay of his debt's. He sold all of us on the idea he had created a company to which it turned out both he and his Partner Didi were the sole shareholders, and we had only bought into him and not the company.
Worse was still to come. We also found out at this point that Mr Jay Daudia and his partner in crime Didi were actually under investigation by the Government for running an illegal Taxi Business whilst Claiming State Benefits.
I have since spoken with some of the team members of the racing business who whilst feeling sympathy for my plight, said that they had also been fooled by Mr Jay Daudia who actually owed them money also, but had decided they were unlikely to ever see payment from someone with such a track record of mounting debt's.
I write this not in temper, but in my civil and moral duty to warn all who know Mr Jay Daudia that he is a con man who created three (3) children to his wife who he refuses to pay for, and then to his wifes sister created three (3) more to which we as honest Tax Payers pay for.
Beware, you have all been warned of the tricks this man plays in order extract funds from anyone.
