I purchased a sovereign strimmer from your portsmouth branch and was very satisfied with the product unfortunately i damaged the charger and i ordered a new one from your spares department on thr 6th april i am still waiting delivery i cannot get a delivery date from them and i asked can you chase this part i was told they had no idea when it would be arriving can you please find out when i will be recieving this part.
