ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED

I ordered a pair of boots from AEP[WORLDWIDE]LTD on 24th April and on 26th April received an e-mail informing me that the order was being processed and I would be again contacted upon despatch. The payment was taken from my bank account on the 28th April. The boots have not arrived nor have I heard from them since. I have e-mailed them twice and both messages have been returned to me as the postmaster cannot locate the recipient. I have telephoned on four occasions only to be directed to a recorded message stating that there was no one in the office. I left messages which were not replied to and I am simply being ignored. Can anyone help. Regards... Bill
