I would like to complain about a recruitment agency named centrumjobs. They emailed me for a job offer to work in Ireland with "Child Care" as job description. In order to process the said application they asked my CV, then directed me to this email address; [email protected], in order for them to assist in my getting a registration number in the state work office of Ireland. Likewise, prepare the necessary cover letter and Europass CV to be sent to the specified employer chosen for me by centrumjobs which "Bluebird Care", located in Dublin, Ireland. The [email protected] directed me to get the services of Brightcove Limited in UK to purchase they're services to prepare my application which cost me 30 pounds which I charged using my credit card. Then they (Brightcove Limited) again offered a courier service worth 16 pounds, which I again charged using my credit card, for the immediate delivery of my documents to my said employer which is Bluebird Care. After a week, I tried contacting centrmjobs to follow-up the status of my application, no reply has ever been forwarded. I tried contacting they're messenger ID "eurojobcontact" via live chat, no reply was given as well as to the status of my application. Please help me by investigating this matter. I stumbled upon this website when I tried to google for information about the said agencies.
