I have always used russell hobbs for my kitchen appliances but in the space of a few months have had 3 irons 1 on which the water did not work so i swaped it for another the second one burnt straight through my sons uniform only on number 2 the shop would not refund this as the iron had been used as i am sure you are aware they are not cheap and as a single g mother of 3 money is hard to come by iv had to buy another on which is also useless as does not heat up enough im wondreing if there is any thing you as a company would advise im really starting to loose faith in this brand
