I for one am shocked at the general attitude of those working at the venue. Apparently due to vandalism in the past no one is permitted to use the toilet. This is a public service and as such should permit use of their facilities. It is shocking to think that those who have laid this lives on the line for this country have been treated this way. They book a limited time slot on the computer, and if and when nature calls and then have to gather their personal items and make their way to another venue to use the facilities there, and then get back to the library within the allotted time for the use of a computer terminal. Shame on you Folkestone Library staff, shame. Change your so called policy which clearly discriminates against the disabled, elderly and other vulnerable members of society.
