Kid using and abusing the library as a Playground

I can't believe you spend millions on a refurb of the Arnold library and you can control the noise level in the library. There are kids screaming and shouting. Running up and downs the stairs and using the Arnold library as a playground, what is most annoying is that the staff aren't controlling them or barring them from the premises. There are people who are trying to work and the last thing we want to he hear kids making a nuisance and disturbing others. If there want to scream and shout the should go to a local park nearby
