Amazon hands down has one of the greatest complaints departments. after buying an Amazon product from a local SA supplier (Incredible Connection), which got damaged and Incredible Connection refused to assist with repairs - Amazon went the extra mile to try and assist. Even though they could not sort my problem it due to not having stock available, their willingness to assist was great!
