Amazon MTG TCG
Cheap offer not delivered

Games & Gaming process

2 weeks ago I was looking online for the Magic 2 Player starter set.

2 weeks ago, instead of costing 9.99, it was on Amazon for 1.49. I ordered it to that price, but the order did not reach me. When I wrote to Amazon, they just confirmed a refund. Now as you can see on the link, they have corrected the price.

I feel that they just made a mistake and did intentionally not send me the product i ordered for that price. Am i wrong to assume that Amazon is legally bound to sell me that product to that price if they offered it to that price, and that not delivering it is fraud?
