Order cancelled by amazon-no refund received

I order goods from Guitars and music on 03 July via Amazon, and the funds went off straight after.
the next day i get an email stating that there is now no stock of the product that i bought and already paid for, and that i was according to them not charged either as the item has not been shipped yet.
however i was charged, i phone the bank to confirm, and now amazon just says no you were not charged, a big dispute.

now i have to go through the whole dilemma of getting a lawyer etc just to get my money back:(

what rubbish, will never buy from Amazon again what ****** they are
