I went to buy a dress from lipsy on friday. when i got home i took the tag off and hanged the dress in the back room in my house. on saturday morning i noticed that the hem was coming off. i had to go out and buy another dress to wear as i was going to a wedding that day. today i went back to the store and they refused to exchange, refund or even take the dress for repair, the staff were very rude to me, they kept findind excuses . the manager said that the hem coming off is not a manufacturers faults so whos fault is it. they gave me a false number to ring and they rang their head office before to say that i was going to phone them, they even gave me racial abuse. i have never bought anything from lipsy and i am disgraced by them their staff should learn manners. i told the manager that i have had cancer for two and half years so i havent been out and i was told by her that she didnt care if i was dying or living where do they learn manners. they were appalling and i am taking this matter furthe
