Wrong sizes shipping

Avoid this store, or think twice on your size...

Recently I made my first order for a dress which I promptly received in a few days. Iimpressed with the fast service and ready to order another item right after. The size I ordered was UK 10 .

Firstly the dress I've received appeared much larger than should and could be.

Secondly - the size sticker was sticked one over another, and it could be seen that the previous tag was UK12 size! The measurements with a measuring tape tell that according to the table on the site - this is surely NOT UK10.

And one more strange thing is that the label inside the dress has been cut!!! As I understand, it's cut where the real size was written.

I immediately wrote a letter to the store with 5 photos attached illustrating all said above - awating for solution. Moreover, the dress is urgent, I am the bridesmaid.

The store replies:

...they were produced in china and they produced them smaller than our U.K size so we had to mark all the sizes down. So your dress was originally a size twelve but as is was smaller than a twelve is has been labelled a 10. You can exchange the item for a size 8 which will be more like a small size 10 but the sizing is not accurate on this one style so i am unsure if it would be suitable. " Great :)

There was a huge dialogue with no result. The store didn't propose and urgent shipping method, any discount or compromise that the dress with right size would be shipped out immediately. And of course NO guarrantee that the new dress will match the size.

For future possible customer - avoid this store, the quality of goods and service is not really the best. There are a lot of other online stores with exellent service and range of goods. Good luck!

PS. The price of the dress was 45 pounds. The price to "fix" the size (what I did of course) - 20 pounds.
