Bloomingdale's Big Canvas Bag

I bought the bag on April 27th at Bloomingdales, NY. On May 31st I used the bag for the first time. I had only put a couple of light items into the bag when the shoulder strap broke away from the bag. I paid full price for the bag and I am very disappionted with the quality.
