Unsatisfactory weding dress

I recently ordered a wedding dress from peridress.co.uk (or at least i thought it was in the uk). I received a call from the above company on my answer phone which I could not understand as it was a foreign voice (I know know it was chinese). I tried to call them back, and well no one was available. I then tried to e-mail them with no joy as they can not be contacted this way you have to message them on line, I sent a number of messages to them as no one was ever available to talk to imediatly. I eventually received a reply, which was unsatisfactory. I complaned about the very poor quality of the dress as it was not like the picture shown on the web site, the dress was received in a very small plastic bag, which when opened was not worthy of even wearing. I was so upset when I saw the dress I imediatly asked them for a return code so I could return the dress back to them. At the present moment I am still waiting for the return code to returnt the dress that I have requested on two occasions. They e-mailed me back and said the dressed were not actually original dresses but copies. This is not clearly stated on there web site. All I want is a wedding dress that I can actually wear for my wedding. I have spent money on this, and it looks like I am going to be stuck with a dress I can not wear. I have afterwards read a lot of bad reviews regarding this company. I have e-mailed them again to ask about returning this and am awaiting for a reply. I would attach a picture for everyone to see how bad this really is but my future husband has not yet seen it. Gill Kirby
