I sent away for a fee sample of this product, only paying for P&P. I haven't used them yet and another bottle arrived with a bill for $79.95. They say they will remove the money from my account but I haven't authorised this. I've told my bank not to pay any money to this company, this is a scam, pure and simple.

Something has to be done to stop these companies from scamming people like this. I am sending their products back to them.
